trupa din Buffalo, New York, fondata in 1998. Muzica lor contine influente de southern rock si putin
grindcore. Momentan trupa are un contract cu Ferret Music,
iar ultimul lor album, The Big Dirty, a fost lansat pe 4
septembrie 2007.
La inceputul lui 2006, formatia a sustinut un turneu cu Bleeding Through, Between The Buried And Me si Haste The Day. La finele anului, au sustinut inca un turneu cu Atreyu, From First to Last si Chiodos. Every Time I Die au postat doua piese de pe The Big Dirty pe pagina lor de MySpace.
Momentan se afla in turneul Sound Of The Underground 2007, alaturi de GWAR, Shadows Fall, Job for a Cowboy, Chimaira si multi altii.
